19th February 2006 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Estuary Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: 12-18 knots Surf / Sea State: Flat Air Temperature: 8ºC Sea Temperature: 8ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: 23.0 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: Not really enough wind to windsurf so I was going to go for a kitesurf instead with a 15m kite... As usual that ended up in lost of pfaffing as I broke Daz's pump when the kite was almost fully inflated, but couldn't get it fully inflated so ened up having to pack it up and go windsurfing instead. Had a few OK runs but nothing special in the gusty conditions... wind filled in properly once I got back home of course! |
